This form also enables organisations to request support from Third
Sector Dumfries and Galloway (TSDG) where they are involved in commissioning
discussions and may be facing changes to funding, contracts, or service
delivery beyond April 2026.
TSDG’s role is to support organisations to navigate change safely
and responsibly. This may include support to strengthen sustainability and
organisational capacity, or—where continuation is not viable—support to plan
and manage an effective and dignified wind-down. Submitting this form does not
commit your organisation to any particular outcome and will not negatively
impact commissioning or contract discussions.

What happens next
Organisations are asked to submit this form alongside relevant
governing and financial documents. This information will be reviewed internally
by TSDG teams after Monday 5th January to help us understand need, risk, and potential impact across the
sector and to prioritise support appropriately. Following this, TSDG will make
contact with organisations to discuss next steps and offer support where
possible.
All information will be treated sensitively and used solely to
inform TSDG’s support planning and engagement.
